1. Fill out the forms in clear and legibile handwriting. Make sure all the required fields are filled!
2. In the first Institution Registration Form, write down your school name and the branch name or title. For example “Roots College International O/A levels Islamabad Branch” or “Roots College International DHA Branch”, and so on.
3. The submission deadline of these forms is Tuesday, 12th January 2010.
4. Though it is recommended to send your films and photos along with their forms so that we can easily sort them, you can however submit the forms first before the deadline, and send the films and photos later by 12th January 2009. FASHION SKETCHES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SENT ALONG WITH THE FORM!
5. If you’ve chosen to send the films and photos after submitting the forms, then please clearly label them! Make sure you put them in an envelope and write your school name as written on the institution registraion form to avoid confusion.
6. Each set of forms is meant to be for ONE institution only. That means, a institution has to send ONE GROUP of students, divided as individual or teams according the the requirements and limits of the categories.
7. Though it is risky, a participant who is already a part of another TEAM or individually particiting in any other category can participate in mutiple categories (maximum 3), but then it is up to the participant to be present at all the competitions when they occur and Roots Olympiad or its management will not be responsible if he/she misses out any competition due to a clash.
8. An institution is considered as one GROUP. When your institution registers, it is considered as a submission from that specific group, recognized by your institution name and branch.
9. Every category has its own criteria and limits for teams/individuals. Please make sure you do not exceed the limits of the maximum number of teams, or individuals in the specific category.
10. Make sure that the institution name is filled out on every form, as it is on the Insitution Registration Form.
11. Send the forms altogether at once.
12. There are 2 ways to submit your forms.
1. Mail/courier them to 36 Nazimuddin Road, F-7/1, Islamabad
2. Scan all the forms, attach them in ONE email, and email them to info@rootsolympiad.org.pk

(If your forms don’t fit one email, you can send multiple emails but by NUMBERING them)

• If you lose any of your forms, you can inform us by sending an email at info@rootsolympiad.org.pk with your school address, and we will mail you the forms, or just visit our website http://www.rootsolympiad.org.pk and download and print the forms from there.
• If you have any questions or confusions, contact us at the same email address provided above, or the President, Vice President and Directors.

Charge per participant is Rs. 800 for the competition
Charges for the 2 social events (Desi Funk and Oscar Eve) are Rs.1500 in total.
Ticket for Atif Aslam's concert is Rs.1000
